End your week a little feral.
Feral Fridays is a 90-minute beginner heels drop-in designed to get you out of your head, into your body, and moving.
We’ll start with a warm-up and break down heels foundations, technique, and movement before putting it all together with choreography that gives you space to explore your confidence, expression, and your own personal style.
Brand new to heels? Perfect. No previous dance or heels experience is required.
This isn't about getting every step right. It's about letting go of the week, trying something new, taking up space, and having a damn good time while you do it.
Fridays | 6:00–7:30 PM
90 minutes
750 D'Arcy St, Cobourg, ON
$35 per class
Choose your date when registering.
Heels are encouraged, but always optional. Knee pads are highly recommended.
If you're wearing heels, an open-toe boot with good ankle support is ideal. Please avoid large buckles or sharp/pointed toes that can be uncomfortable and damage the studio floor.
You don't need experience.
You don't need to already feel confident.
You definitely don't need to have it all together.
Just show up, let the week go, and get a little feral.
No perfection. No pressure. Just movement, confidence + connection.
